About Us
A brief background
My passion has been cooking and creating good food from the time I was a boy, and for the past fourteen years I have been involved in many areas in the food industry. From the back dish room, to manning the line, to running the kitchen, I have cooked all types of food and used a wide range of seasonings. That is what brought me to creating hand-crafted blends of spices. I strongly believe that with the correct combination of herbs and spices the true flavors of food are released. My family and I love sharing a good seasoned meal together, so it was natural for us to create a company that can help other people achieve the same goal we want- GREAT TASTING FOOD
Origin of Names
Captain Chris
is named after our oldest son Christopher who is bold just like his blend (top). Sweet Serenity
is named after our daughter Serenity who, like the seasoning is mostly sweet but has an occasional kick! (middle). Mild Mack
is named after our youngest son who is more wild than mild but this seasoning is an all purpose (bottom). Check out or store we always have new specials!
